Tazz Goes on Holiday in October

Sunday 17th October 2010

Hello my name is Tazz - lm a cute cuddly dog who lives with my mum (she is called Chris by people) l really love her as she cares for me and has ever since she rescued me - thank you.

l had heard my mum was going away for a few days and l didnt like the thought of being left at home all day as both Stu & Emm worked all day - so decided with Leesy Peasy that l could come away and have a break, wow a Tazzy Break how exciting for me!

Leesy Peasy loves me lots - takes me for walks - my mum hasnt been 100% recently but l still love to get out.  Leesy has a home by the Sea - but close to the forest - l love it there as lots of places for me to play and Rabbits for me to chase (but l never manage - l wouldnt want to hurt them - just me wanting to play).

l had to make sure that Leesy want working while l stayed as dont want to be left on my own with no one around - some times l do feel very nervous - especially when lm away from home.

We left on Sunday a while after mum had left for her few days away.  We drove along the Motorway towards the New Forest - l love to look about as the car is going along - l do however get tired so snuffled on the back seat for a lovely snooze.  When l woke from my snooze it was dark - shortly afterwards we arrived at Leesy house - l felt nervous as l dont go away without my mum, though l know lm safe with Leesy Peasy.

l didnt really feel like eating as sometimes travel make me feel all queasy.  Later we went for a bimble into town - it was dark and very quiet - at home l can always see or hear something - with cars and buses - planes taking off at the airport - wow its so different here by the sea - l think its exciting to get away sometimes.

When we got back Leesy sorted everything out and went to bed - l snuffled on the bed - its lovely in the bedroom, first there is digby the dog he is HUGE and soft - there are also lots of mobbies, baby bears everywere and Edd the Duck, its a great place to be - l didnt feel alone - just very loved.  Also on the bed side are a family of Help for Hero's Bears they are kewl - but they are always on the lookout for insurgents who they are convinced hiding in the tree in the garden - l think they must have been in Afganistan for to long - the garden is peaceful and green - no place for insurgents.

Monday 18th October 2010

After a good nights sleep and getting up - (l slept on bed with Leesy Peasy - it was very comfortable as there are lots of snuffly babies & also the lovely Digby (he is my hero  as once there was a film made about him).

Before we went out l had some  Tazzy treats (MMM) was very nice.  We left in the car - l did not know where we off to but soon arrived by the sea on top of the cliffs at Milford.  We went along the path close to the edge of the cliffs - the sea looked a lovely bluey green.  Along the way along we met people and dogs.  Soon we found ourselves in Milford.  It was just so nice to be out - in the fresh air - seeing different sights and smells - the breeze from the sea was quite cool - though it was sunny.

Heading out onto the marshes was fun - l could run about - snuffle in the bushes and see the sea birds playing on the mudflats as the tide was out.  Water was still trickling off the marsh - there was not much water left in the harbour.  By the time we returned to the car l was feeling tired - but really loved getting on such a long bimble.

l was  happy to get back and get something to eat - unlike the day before l was very very hungry and ready for my meal - that didnt take long as Leesy Peasy was soon mashing up my food and adding the  small biscuits - shortly l was tucking into it - unlike the day before l didnt leave anything.  l felt tired so now snoozed on my comfortable bed under the stairs.   Also l love to snuffle  on the sofa - especially when Leesy is sat with me.

Before bed we went out for a little walk - its was lovely getting out in the cool dark air - it just felt so different as here its very quiet in the dark - no traffic passing as it is when at home.

Snuffled on the bed l wondered what tomorrow would bring, slowly my eyes became heavy  -all warm laid next to Leesy with all the baby bees & digby, soon l was dreaming & drifting away on a cloud.
